After living in several states, my husband and I are now settled in Northern Michigan. We have a fiery daughter in elementary school, our spazzy golden retriever Lily, and our cat Schmoo.
I’m a huge comedy enthusiast and have had the opportunity to work in two comedy clubs, where I've accumulated some ridiculous stories (watch out–I might just share a few if the mood requires some laughter).
Photography has been a passion of mine for many years, and I've explored it in various fields. I returned to school at Santa Barbara's Brooks Institute of Photography. I gained substantial experience in photojournalism, having worked for newspapers like the Colorado Springs Gazette, Antelope Valley Press, and Petoskey News Review.
I've also had some more unique gigs–like the time I had the exciting opportunity to photograph the World’s Fastest Cow! I also spent some time working in the aerospace industry with Lockheed Martin, where I had the chance to do flight photography. Psst! I might know more government secrets than I should.

I’ve been working with Molly for nearly a decade now! Tagging along as her second photographer for weddings, family portraits, and senior photos.
Capturing the small, but significant, details of a couple’s big day, portraits of all kinds, and relying on my artistic eye to create unique photo opportunities are some of my favorite parts of this gig.
While Molly gets the big money shots I sneak around and find the small details. / Ten years working with and being trained by Molly / Bookseller and Graphic Deisgner / Cats & Caspian Partner and I love to hike and explore new locations.
